Company Description GroundUP Engineering LLC is a relatively new civil engineering company located in Avon, Colorado. We are dedicated to providing civil engineering consulting services and construction management services to Eagle and Lake Counties. We are unique in that we are small enough to offer personally tailored consulting support on a variety of construction projects. We work with developers, surveyors, local governments, home builders, and private homeowners to help them effectively reach their building goals.

A Brief History

GroundUP Engineering was formed in the spring of 2007 by Colorado School of Mines civil engineering graduate Mike Devloo. After two years of successfully working for a local consulting firm, Marcin Engineering LLC, Mike decided to break away and form GroundUp Engineering LLC to provide more personalized engineering consulting services to clients in Eagle and Lake Counties. Currently Mike is primarily focusing on producing Casa Construction An English-Spanish residential building construction reference manual.

Mike is a bilingual engineer, and through GroundUP Engineering, he plans to create an English-Spanish building construction reference manual titled, Casa Construction, in addition to providing civil consulting services. He feels that a manual of this type would be a vital tool in today's bilingual construction industry.
