Projects Currently GroundUP Engineering is working on the Casa Construction English-Spanish reference manual, and is pursuing miscellaneous civil consulting projects.

Some recent past projects done by Mike Devloo include:

Re-subivision of 350 acre "Speakeasy Ranch" into into 9 parcels for owner, Boerne TX
Worked with property owner to create boundaries for subdividing land using survey and aerial photograph information. Created tract-map for showing available parcels for sale, for owner use in marketing. Worked with owner in creating bid package for surveying new tracts and offered advice for potential re-platting.

Floor plan and deck plan design and drafting for Kirby Cosmo's Barbecue Bar, Minturn CO
     Worked with owner Mark Tamborino to design and draft a remodel floor plan and new outdoor patio and get town approval for drawings for remodeling and obtaining liquor license. Kirby Cosmos Article.

Survey project manager for Village Homes at Eagle Ranch, March 2006-April 2007
     Worked under Marcin Engineering to manage all surveying work involved in the build out and completion of over 150 homes in filings 2, 7, and 18 of Eagle Ranch located in Eagle, Colorado. Responsible for survey crew lineouts on foundations stakes, improvement survey plats, and grade certification surveys. Responsible for the drafting and production of Improvement Survey Plats and Grade Certification Plats. Worked closely with Village Home's on site superintendent Doug Boche to ensure that all work was done properly and on time. Completed invoicing and tracked billing for Marcin Engineering.

     Designed site and grading plans for several different types of homes in different subdivisions around Eagle County. Some well-known subdivisions include: Chatfield Corners, Eagle Ranch, The Summit at Cordillera, Bachelor Gulch, and Miller ranch.
